Cristina Montes, Esq.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Attorney Cristina Montes is admitted to practice law in Florida (2011), the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (2009), and the United States District Court for the District of Florida (2012) and Puerto Rico (2010).

Having graduated with a Juris Doctor’s degree from the Inter-American School of Law in Puerto Rico (2008) Montes has diverse legal experience, including a judicial clerkship at the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico (2006).

Committed to immigration law, attorney Montes focuses on assisting individuals facing legal challenges in a new country, offering expertise in various visa petitions, asylum, consular processing, naturalization, citizenship applications, and EOIR proceedings. Her dedication to improving lives through legal practice is evident in her professional career.
